Some car accidents are inevitable. Things like poor road conditions and inclement weather can sometimes make it impossible to avoid a fender-bender. But there are plenty of other instances in which a driver’s failure to properly maintain his or her vehicle results in an accident that easily could have been avoided.
When a car is registered, the driver is taking responsibility for that vehicle, meaning that it must be in good working order so it won’t be a hazard on the road.
